Lawrence spent 25 years as an eCommerce product manager focusing on user experience and usability. He retired in 2021 due to the loss of his central vision from Stargardt Disease. He started this site to provide vision loss information, tools, and personal essays for fellow members of the vision loss community. Despite his vision loss, Lawrence continues to work on his fine art photography practice. You can view his photographs at his personal website.
